What are Linked Tables and Flters?
Definition
It is used to establish a relation between multiple tables.
How to use?
In the Linked Table FastTab, enter the Linked Table No.
In the "If Not Found" field, the user can either select the option error or return blank.
If the user chooses "Error", then it will give an error when the filter value is not found.
If the user chooses "Return Blank," it will execute the scenario and condition without displaying any error message, even if it cannot locate the filtered record.
In Identifier, if there are two lines with the same record, then we can assign different keywords in the "Identifier" field and use it according to the identifier.
In the Filters FastTab, enter the Linked Table's Field ID in 'Linked Table Field No', and the Trigger Table's Field ID in 'Filter Value'.
Select the Filter Type: 'Field' to map a field value from a field lookup of the given table, or 'Filter' to find and map the field value within a list or using Placeholder [TableId:FieldId].
